If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, Nova Scotia Organics will gladly provide a 100% refund on all unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase. NNS Organics is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges. 

In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or defective please email us immediately for a resolution at customercare@novascotiaorganics.com. Please wait for an authorization code and shipping instructions. All approved returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a return authorization code and a copy of your invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted. Any issues with online deliveries must be communicated within six (6) months.
